
LIGMO for Team Building General Course Description and Course Outline
This unique and interactive workshop provides the framework for changing key behaviors or habits that affect personal & professional performance. Since our personal and professional lives overlap, affecting one another, this workshop guides participants in a process to identify challenges including self-defeating attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that negatively impact workplace performance and interpersonal communications.
Activities are designed to offer practical tools for overcoming personal differences and conflicts that stifle professional productivity. The LIGMO Workshop maximizes personal and team performance and drives a collective effort toward achieving your organization’s goals and objectives.
Participants transform competitive egos, divisive attitudes, and insecurities into a cooperative and synergistic environment with a renewed perspective of self and others. This course is typically co-facilitated by two instructors who offer diverse perspectives, model team building, and illustrate congruence while delivering an unforgettable experience.

Course Format
- Duration: Customizable from 1/2 day (3 hours) up to 2 days and can be broken into multiple programs
- Course Content: 40% lecture, 60% experiential exercises
- Class Size: Small group 15-30 willing learners | Large group 30-100 willing learners
- Course Materials: Included and provided by instructor
- Follow-up Coaching: 2 hours of follow-up coaching sessions are essential for accountability and reinforcement of the principles learned
