How to LIGMO in my everyday life

"Let It Go, Move On" is great in theory. Here we discuss not only what LIGMO is, but how to 'do the thing' and make it work in your real life!

An Emotional Intelligence Gut-Check

What Are You Doing...?

Before you get to deep into everything that’s LIGMO, realize that it’s gut-check time! We’re going to be as light-hearted as we can about this, but this is serious business. Time to look deep inside and see what the REAL issue is – and you’re going to look at you FIRST!

You can’t LIGMO if you got DUKKHA!

Dukkha

DUKKHA is a Sanskrit word that simply means suffering. It probably sounds like another word you knew as a kid – dookie. Yep, same thing – crap. Simply put, dukkha is a feeling of dissatisfaction, discontent, restlessness, unhappiness, and suffering that we just can’t seem to get rid of. It just keeps hanging around.

Join the LIGMO Movement

Join the LIGMO Movement

Join MeMe and I in the DAILY APPLICATION of LIGMO as a wayof confronting all of the excesses in our lives and starting to appreciate the things we take for granted. In our LIGMO Movement as we call it, we are joining with others who are letting go of un-forgiveness, old hurts and offenses from the past. We laugh about all of our own past ridiculousness, realizing how small and petty it is and move on to our higher good.

Take the LIGMO Pledge

Take the LIGMO Pledge

Anyone who is committed to learning to LIGMO is encouraged to take the LIGMO Pledge. LIGMO is about: self-realization, self-management, and self-mastery – or learning to be our best selves. Our pledge serves as a reminder to show up powerfully and give others a little grace! The formula is simple – Give a little, get a lot.

What is this LIGMO thing, anyway?

LIGMO and enjoy Personal Freedom

I arrived at my LIGMO philosophy based on my own life experiences, as I carried around a lot of unnecessary suffering for too long. I finally realized that I had to the power to choose and get free from my drama and that suffering – or not – IT WAS MY CHOICE! I began to notice – no, I’m still noticing people all around me everyday who are also saddled with attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that are not serving them – and deep down inside they know it!
