Letting go of the need to be right is the most liberating thing in the world. My relationships have improved 100% since your workshop. Thanks! — Janice H.

MeMe

I’m a character… Aren’t we all?

MeMe says "Let Go of the Simply Ridiculous!"

Greetings! My name is MeMe. I’m the stick figure featured in “Simply Ridiculous!” Yep, that’s me. I live right in the middle of it all. My job is to help you recognize your simply ridiculous self by giving you a glimpse into my journey and model for you how to LIGMO – that is let it go of the ridiculous and move on.

I’m going to share some things that Millicent may not, so listen up! Together we’re going to peel back your layers – like I did with mine – and discover who you really are. I’m going to help you work on self mastery.

Let me be the first to admit that I embodied just about every ridiculous behavior there is (the ego), before I came to the light (and not a minute too soon). You will learn to do that too. No more ‘ego’ no more ‘knowing it all’ no more ‘frontin’ – I’m keeping it real. I can do that because I’ve seen the light.

Regardless of how I’ve acted in the past, I’m cleaning up my act and I’m on a mission to open the hearts and mind of others (that’s you!) to new ways of thinking, living, learning and loving. And although it may not always be pleasant, it’s always an adventure that’ll be exciting, fun and in the end it’ll be satisfying.

I epitomize human development. I’m evolving through the challenges of life experiences and I’m a proud GHB. I’m enjoying a new way of thinking, a new way of being and taking total responsibility for who I am and what I’ve created. I’ve seen the light.

There I go talking about the light again. That light is the glow of evolution where I changed my thinking and my attitude. Those ridiculous old scripts inside of my head held me hostage and I had to get free. Once you change your mind, your attitude and your simply ridiculous scripts and behaviors, you’ll change your life too.

I’ve regained my power and I realize that I just need to be Me! This is a continuous journey and I’m inviting you on that journey with me.

What are my qualifications to support you on this journey? I’m a proud graduate of The School of Hard Knocks, I earned my B.S. in B.S. at an early age, and I have a Ph.D. – Public High School Diploma, that is.

Am I perfect? Not if you count gorging on butter pecan ice cream and my habit of slurping the bottom of the cup with my straw that everyone finds annoying. But I can also stop you dead in your tracks and take you straight to LIGMO.

Hey, we’re all having a human experience and it’s easier to laugh about it together than cry about it alone. So let’s get with the program! It’s time to get over your ridiculous self and move onto your greater good where you belong!

Live. Love. Learn. Laugh. LIGMO!
