Anyone who is committed to learning to LIGMO is encouraged to take the LIGMO Pledge and pledge cards are given out as part of each LIGMO workshop.
LIGMO is about: self-realization, self-management, and self-mastery, or learning to be your best self. This simple pledge serves as a
reminder to take responsibility for your life, your happiness, and to be unstoppable!

Hey Delilah! Thanks for taking time to visit the site and comment. The LIGMO workshops really are fantastic, aren’t they? Its all about the human experience, giving grace and letting go of all of the ridiculous stuff we give way to much significance to. You stay in the game by telling the truth.
